We’ll gladly accept undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on wearenayade.com for exchange. Nayade merchandise purchased at independent boutiques must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy. Nayade Additions items must be returned directly to the seller. Items must include the attached Nayade price tickets and tags.
The item(s) you are exchanging must be mailed back within 7 days or your exchange order will be cancelled.
The return labels and shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.
You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. Duty must be pre-paid for returns. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow a week to a week and a half for your return to be processed once received at our studio.
