A Return to Wonder
Somewhere along the way, many of us forget how to see the magic in our lives.
We become busy, disconnected from our creativity, our intuition, and the parts of ourselves that once felt alive and free. We spend years searching for something outside of us, only to discover that what we were looking for was within us all along.
Náyade was born from that search.
Named after the water nymphs of Ancient Greek mythology, Náyade (Naiad) is an invitation to reconnect with beauty, wonder, and the wisdom that lives beneath the surface of everyday life.
Through art, ritual, travel, yoga, and storytelling, my hope is to create experiences and objects that help people slow down, listen to themselves, and remember who they are.
Hi, I'm Stephy
I grew up surrounded by creativity.
Both my parents are muralists, and art was woven into everyday life. From a young age I was encouraged to explore, imagine, and create, a gift that would later shape everything I do.
Over the years, my curiosity led me down many paths. I studied fashion design, jewelry making, yoga, illustration, and mythology. I traveled extensively, taught at luxury retreats, created collections of handmade jewelry, designed oracle cards, and built a business around sharing the things that inspire me most.
But more important than any certification or accomplishment is what those experiences taught me:
That spirituality doesn't have to be complicated.
That beauty can be healing.
That creativity is a sacred practice.
And that the most profound wisdom often comes from learning to trust ourselves.
One of the reasons I created Náyade is because I know how intimidating spiritual spaces can sometimes feel (I grew up in a spiritual community!).
You don't need to wear linen dresses, memorize ancient texts, or follow a guru to connect with yourself.
I believe yoga, intuition, creativity, and personal growth should be accessible, grounded, and woven naturally into everyday life.
My role is not to tell you what to believe.
My role is simply to share tools, experiences, and practices that have helped me, and create spaces where you can discover what feels true for you.
The Retreat Experience
Travel has been one of my greatest teachers.
Some of the most meaningful moments of my life have happened while wandering unfamiliar streets, watching the sunrise in a new country, swimming in crystal-clear waters, or sharing stories with people who arrived as strangers and left as lifelong friends.
That is the spirit behind every Náyade retreat.
These are not retreats designed to transform you into someone new.
They are opportunities to reconnect with who you have always been.
To move your body.
To nourish your spirit.
To experience beauty.
To laugh, explore, rest, and remember that joy is a worthy pursuit.
If you've ever felt drawn to mythology, creativity, travel, yoga, beauty, or the quiet feeling that there is more magic in this world than we often allow ourselves to believe, then you are already part of this story.
I'm so grateful you're here.
Welcome to Náyade.
